Drive thru was a little slow but other than that, food was good, fries were on point- some people might think the fries were over-seasoned. Service was OK, drive thru attendant was more focused on his job than the customer- I get it though.

Their chicken is good but their sauce offering is somewhat lacking.I had boneless wings and tenders combo "Wings & Things". This was 5 boneless wings and 3 chickens tenders (all smaller than you might expect). It was decent but the "Nuclear" sauce that came with it was mildly spicy (in comparison to my usual fare which can include Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper seasoned food) but the flavor was good. This also came with some fries and a piece of toast.Their fountain sodas are served out of a Coke Freestyle machine, so the filling of drinks is significantly slower than it should be, but you have options that normally wouldn't be available such as Vanilla Barqs Root Beer.Overall the restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. I probably won't be back much because there are better places to get wings, but I know people that explicitly love their chicken sandwich.

This place annoys me. If you want a decent meal they kind of force you to go inside, because their drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and rude. 1) They can't be even get a single order right ever. How hard is it if someone says a number off the menu?? 2) They absolutely love to cut you off in the middle of you ordering to demand you pull up. 3) If you even dare to ask for extra sauce they act like they didn't hear you or they will only put one or hell sometimes none in the bag. 4) 95% of every meal is dry as hell and not seasoned one bit. And 9/10 they will forget your straw with your drink every time. I'm honestly about done with this entire franchise. They are just about as bad as Popeyes and McDonald's and that's saying something. They crew they have currently hired in look drugged out the wazoo. Will never do business with them again. Completely ruined horribly ran Zaxby's

Waited over 20 minutes for our food, even though there was no one ahead of us and the restaurant was nearly empty—and we were offered no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. The food was warm, so there’s that, I supppse…also, restaurant could have used some attention. Wall at our booth had something splattered up it, and several tables needed to be wiped off.

The crew at night was really cool about me ordering right before they closed .. your work doesn't go unnoticed guys and gals of zaxbys.
Ordered some boneless wings bbq in the drive through and the wings weren’t cooked fully. It took them 20 seconds to give it to me so thats a plus but the wings tasted dry with a lot of sauce and wasn’t warm.

Every table in the entire place was disgusting and there was NO customers in their parking lot and a sporadic few in their drive thru. The food was good but the presentation was awful. It was so bad that the top bun of one of sandwiches had slid off before we picked up our order and the tomatoes ended up on the service tray. If the trays were as tended to as the tables, you can guess where I put the tomatoes. I've eaten at other Zaxby's before and they were never this filthy. I'm hoping the facility was this filthy only because we were arriving after a massive lunch rush but I have my doubts.
