They have poor staffing it is a Saturday at lunch time and there is one employee and 6 people waiting me is ordering 6 sandwiches along and i’ve been waiting 40 minutes for a pick up order i scheduled ahead for! POOR ON MANAGEMENT THEY SHOULD BE HERE THEMSELVES HELPING!!!!

Ordered Italian herbs and cheese Bread and hardly anything on it. Then the put vinegar instead of Parmesan vinaigrette.

Today around 3:30 I came in and there was a bit if a rush and Patrick is busting it! he is doing incredible all by himself ! People were walking out but he was making them sandwiches good!

Don't go in after 8 30 pm they close at 9 pm the guy in PR Ar is not a happy camper ? about me coming in after 8 30 pm he did do a good job making my 3 sandwich just a lot sighing making my while my 3 sandwiches this was the First time I had seen this guy working there he was the only person in the building that I seen I go to this subway 3 or 4 times a month on Wed night and this is the first time I have had a bad experience maybe he just had a bad daySince he was at the store by himself this store is always clean and have good employees.

first had to order on line to use the coupon second when it was ready and we opened it there was a hair in the sandwich.. they did make another but there was no apology or discount. The interiors been redesigned and now there half the seating... so sad.

Subway used to be about making good subs. Nowadays, it's like watching someone nickel and dime you on a sandwich. Measuring food, following a visual, and shorting you on every single thing.
