Horrible. They aren't even open today (a wednesday) at noon. No signs, no indication of why. Maybe they've just closed. Pea Ridge would be in better shape if they just left at this point and made space for another restaurant that actually serves food.
Excellent bean burrito and chicken quesadillas. I told the manager the bathroom needed TP and she immediately took care of it. Otherwise the bathroom was clean as was the seating area.

The last four times we have been here, we've had to turn around and go back because they forgot something in our order. If you come to this Taco bell, make sure to double-check your order before leaving.
