I’m not the expert with food trucks and my last experience with Arepas was a disappointment so I decided to give the truckee’s another try and I’m glad I did. So without being able to give a bonus for bathrooms, let’s break it down1. Food Quality - 5 Stars. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in NWA. I had the smoked brisket burger with side of fries and my wife had the mushroom burger with a side of sweet potato fries. Loved my pretzel bum and the flavor and sauce and bacon made the flavors get excited in my mouth. Fries were solid. Love the saltiness and the crisp. Wife said her burger was good but a double probably would’ve been better as the toppings were more aparece than mine.2. Cleanliness - 5 Stars. There is only one table and it was clean. Everyone seems to do take out but I thought the area was fine. I agree with another reviewer that the only downside were the flies. Some little table fans would help.3. Customer Service - 5 Stars. you don’t get a lot of interaction but the two workers were pleasant and patient to engage with. It took the amount of time they expected. Sold operations. It is pea ridge so lot close for some but thought the burger was worth it. So my faith has been slightly restored in food trucks but I personally still prefer the dine in brick and mortar as I’m looking for a dining experience.Parking: It’s on a gravel parking lot

Had the baddy patty melt- was delicious! I'd have liked it even more with just one patty. Not sure if their online menu is updated. Pea Ridge needs all the good food it can get considering the other options.

The Chef’s Garage food Truck- let me start with this truck is in Pea ridge, Arkansas and it is a blessing for this fast growing little city. I had the Pork Belly Lettuce and Tomato, with a side of Sweet potato fries. The Wonderful Mrs. Sherri had a burger with an order of the truffle fries. I tried one of her fries, I’ll get here review of the burger. I will say the great thing is you can order the heat of your burger. Medium is the gold standard. Starting withe the PBLT, very good toast was right. The pork belly was cut and cooked like 1/3 inch bacon. The tomato was chilled and the sauce was amazing. The sweet potato fries were good, cinnamon season. The Truffle fries were very crisp, and delish. The smoked brisket burger was really really well done. A little over medium, the BBQ sauce is very tasty sweet, the pretzel bun slides around a bit. The place is nice, if I am forced to find a fault I wa pull say they need a couple fly traps, but I mean that is very nit picking. My rating: 7.4/10 that is a pretty good rating, I’m pretty sure it’s way up on my scale. #foodie #foodtruck #foodtrucks #foodtrucksmwa #foodtruckpearidge #chefskitchen #gofoodtruck #chefsgarage

My wife and I are celebrating our 4 year anniversary in Rogers, AR and we stumbled upon “the chefs garage” food truck at the The pump. I was hesitant at first having mixed reviews for fries. When I walked up to the window I asked the guy at counter what he recommends and without hesitation he said “the loaded cheese fries.” We received the fries in a reasonable time and the presentation was great. The taste of these fries sent me over to give this place a five star. If you are traveling or local and looking to stay outside for dinner I highly recommend the the pump and I encourage you to try The chefs garage!

My husband and I had lunch with while visiting family. Awesome food not found other places, let alone a food truck. Great family business. NWA gem

Finally got to have lunch here. Braised short rib grilled cheese, sweet potato fries and homemade tres leches cake. All incredibly delicious. Fast friendly service. Will definitely be back to try the burgers. I suggested new hours, as they are closed Sat and Sunday and also between 2-5pm Mon-Fri

Had the smoked burger for dinner and it was top to bottom a delicious flavor profile. The service was fast and friendly and the ingredients were of excellent quality. From one chef to another… *chef’s kiss*
