Called in an order for pick up and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I get to the drive thru at the 25 minute mark, pay for my order, then end up having to wait another 20 minutes before they give me my order. Apparently my ticket got “lost” and they had to make my order as I’m sitting in the drive thru. This happens every time I call in an order. I thought the purpose of calling in an order was for it to be ready when you get there. Extremely frustrating!!!

Went here for dinner with the kids. Had queso dip, steak ranchero, chicken quesadilla for the kids, Husband had guiso something. It was spicy beef tips with some sort of gravy. He liked it. My steak had a lot of inedible bits but tasted good. Nice friendly
