I personally love Wendy’s food, but the service is terrible. I have ordered many hamburgers NO cheese still get cheese anlmost every time. Wendy’s can you not make a regular hamburger? Just got my not ordered cheeseburger, 2 slices of cheese, scraped the cheese off best I could this time so don’t have to wait 30 minutes to get it replaced. Last week I didn’t get cheese believe it or not, but got pickles and tomatoes I didn’t order either. You just stand up there and plenty of people but no one will wait on you, they ignored me until I said will someone wait on me. Also soft drinks are terrible, weak watered down disgusting drink.I know it’s hard to keep help these days but do something, cause you’re going to lose business.

Service was initially good but recently it has become worse. 20 min to make 2 sandwiches with no one in front of you is a little excessive. Having people pull forward and then forgetting they are out there is simply ridiculous. Do better

My order was basic Jr Cheeseburger Sour cream chives potato and large coke.First , The girl at drive thru just says Hello and goes silent. I respond with Hello are your ready for my order. There is shuffling in background and a guy comes on and is so rude I almost just left.I wish I would have left. Once I received my order, there were no Napkins fork or straw so I had to go in. No one even made eye contact. Lastly the food was inedible the cheese wasnt even close to being on burger and Ketchup was all over everything. The potato looked to have been made days ago and was like a rock. They weren't busy.They looked to be fully staffed. C'mon Wendy's you can do so much better.

Had to wait on Frosty's. After about 10 minutes we received Frosty milk. First time a couple months ago then the same thing again last night. This place needs help! I will be buying my chocolate milk across the street!

This Wendy’s is a scam. Several GPS systems just took us to a police station parking lot, no Wendy’s frosties is site. Major disappointment. 0/10 don’t recommended. Drove around and still couldn’t find it. The fact that this place has reviews from a week ago feels like a wormhole because it doesn’t even exist.

Excellent food and service! Thank goodness we have something new in town, as we were getting tired of McDonald's and Sonic. I love their burgers but my favorite is the maple butter chicken sandwich. Delicious!
