The Gm named Robin argued With me about the new sandwich they had out the brown sugar bacon however there was no brown sugar on the sandwich none whatsoever. I came in to ask for the sandwich to be remade mind you we are talking about an almost $8 sandwich she storms from the back to argue that the sandwich has brown sugar on it when all the other employees clearly sees that it doesn’t and has already agreed to remake it..so she then says well ma’am I check it has it on it but we can remake it for u but it on there I’m like who argues with a customer atp I ask for a refund and her DM phone number she refuses to give the name or phone number all she says is his name is James. She’s very unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude she will never be able to handle my food again.

Ordered drive through, waited at the box for 8 min. When they took my order they were rude and rushed me. Had to drive around to the front and wait 10 more minutes. My fries were curly instead of crinkle cut, they gave me berry sauce and not the ranch I asked for. Both of my drinks were flat. The bag looked like it had everything tossed in from across the room. Oh and the ice cream machine was “down” and 4pm. Absolutely on par service for Pine Bluff.

The drive-thru was so busy, I went inside and it took a while to even find a place to park. I don't know if it was opening day but I know they have not been open very long. It was amazing how much business they were doing and doing it efficientlyParking: I would imagine after they've been open for a while there will be enough parking spots on a normal day

It was 8:49 pm and we sat in the drive thru for several minutes and no one came on the speaker to take our order. There was a gentleman inside mopping the floor and 2 employees were outside smoking.
