Drove 45 minutes to pick up food from mobile order. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Three milkshakes were melted, the fries were cold & not salted, and once we made it home we noticed we didn’t get an entree for a meal.

Very clean! Staff is great! After each request, they say "My pleasure." Wow, how refreshing to hear that coupled with a smile!!! Very friendly folks. The food was hot and delicious! I am retired now due to a stroke, but, have over 25 years experience in customer service. This is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Service like this is exactly what our city needs! Keep up the great work.

My wife and I were in town visiting family and were excited to see a new Chick-fil-A. We were sadly disappointed in the wait time. The staff was friendly but very unorganized. We ended up going inside ( which we never due) due to line in drive thru not moving. My wife waited 20 min inside as well. This store obviously did not go to their training camp.

This review is of the Olive St. location.Extremely slow service (no sense of urgency) and oftentimes the order is wrong. If you are expecting the traditional Chick-fil-A service, you will be disappointed.

I do realize this is a new establishment and it takes time for Employees to get training and movement of Orders get out in a timely manner..HOWEVER,THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! To have an app place an order and still have to wait 30 minutes makes NO SENSE.This location does NOT inhabit the Culture of Chick-fli-a Fast Friendly Service.Very disappointing.

I’ve been to this location more than a few times. The food is always good, however the wait times are nearly always excessively long (sometimes up to 30 plus min) no matter how I order. After being accustomed to ordering at other locations being fast and delicious this is quite disappointing and discourages me from supporting this location.

I visited this location today in Pinebluff AR. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service we received. From the cashier, dinning room host, manager walking the dinning asking how our visit was going. The food, service and people were all Great! Thank you!
