The customer service last night was exceptionally well and over the past six months or more the food has really been good. Salads, steak and southwest eddroll are great.I wish the menu options had not decreased and my only complaint is sometimes they cannot serve you because they are not fully staffed but they will inform you of a longer wait time which is good. Over all I am pleased with my food and the curbside most times are great! The staff is friendly.
First time eating at Chilli's....being from South Africa we decided to give it a try and we were very impressed, good food, quick service and quality for money

The service was terrible! We (a party of 10) waited almost 45 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, we waited an additional 45 minutes to receive most of our appetizers; we waited an additional 30 minutes for the remaining 2 appetizers to come out. While we waited on our appetizers, a party of 40 was seated and served their entrees along with other tables receiving their appetizers (the same appetizers we ordered). After complaining to the general manager, our appetizers magically were ready. The general manager was apologetic but made excuses for her servers behavior and the lack in service. Our entrees came out about 5 minutes later. Vi’s service and her attitude towards us was awful; we couldn’t articulate the issues with our orders so they could be fixed; instead of listening she stormed of twice like a child and ignored us when we tried to call her to our table. Erica was okay, but she was clearly overwhelmed as well. Christian did a great job of serving us our food and listening to our issues, although he personally could not do anything. He is the reason for the 1 star instead of 0.The entrees were super cold and half of us didn’t eat an entree because we didn’t trust our food would be remade with satisfaction or in a timely manner. After almost 2 hours, 3 people in our party ate their appetizer/entree. We are not from here and when we return to this town we will never come back to Chili’s!
We ordered food and drinks my wife ate her entire meal before she got her drink. My order was sent out with only the chicken. Strips and not the sides. I had to get the runner to bring my sides due to the waitress being inattentive No manager was on the floor or came around. It's Pine Bluff. Not that I expected great service.

Paula, the person at the front door told me that I would be better off to go somewhere else to eat. She said there would be a wait time of 30 minutes to be seated. This is a Friday visit at 11:25am. Paula stated there was only one person on the floor and even though there were only 2 tables with customers, she said I couldn't be seated. When I counted 2 servers, plus Paula, she just looked away.I drove from Bastrop, LA and planned my trip to stop here at this Chili's to eat my lunch. I am very disappointed in the atmosphere and the staff. I feel disrespected. I hope the staff at this Pine Bluff Chili's gains better customer service training for future customers. Unfortunately, not that this staff seems to care, I will not be returning.
