Just pulled into town and had the most horrible service ever... the two girls in there had major bad attitudes as if they didn't want to work..the fountain drink machine needs to be cleaned and they were rude and unprofessional about the situation... I don't come to Pine Bluff... but if this is how they treat the customers that's making sure they get paid... I don't want to come here... and while I'm here... I definitely won't be coming back to this KFC... and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to come here either... the food was cold and the service was absolutely despicable... never again...

New crew and Management team ? KBP Foods is the Proud Owners of all Kfc's here in Arkansas and will satisfy our customers like we suppose to I'm loving the fresh nuggets we and Omg the chicken is cooked like we at home no wet chicken over here so please come on by we got our customers and Respect goes on the ends from crew to the customers. My apologies that the customers had poor service but it's better than before

Just ordered food from there.The chicken was hard. The famous bowl I ordered was just horrible. Old cheese hard chicken. Oh and I ordered a cole slaw and didn't receive it. I can't even eat my chicken little I bought the bread and chicken is to hard. I paid almost $30 dollars. I knew I should of went to Popeyes. I won't be coming back at all!!

I didn't even want to give one star. I don't know how this got a rating at all since the last 4 times I've been, they either don't have chicken or it's frozen. It would be a great place for a KFC! Tonight, every single employee was hanging out on the end of the building...outside. I was told, once again, that they were out of strips and chicken would be 10 to 20 minutes. Someone needs to close this place down.

Tried to get the KFC double down twice now at this location and am always told they don't have it despite on their billboard stating "we have the double down". I'm guessing there are supply chain issues here idk though.I don't know if the double down is the bane of these employees existence but when you ask for it you'd think you said something offensive.Also, the restaurant doesn't look very nice from the outside it's quite rundown.

The employee that took my order was friendly and helpful! The food was good, especially the coleslaw! I had a two- piece chicken Combo meal! It was really good and the biscuit was moist and quite tasty! I will definitely get food there again!

Worst KFC experience ever. Cockroaches crawling in the wall behind me, as we sit down with our food. Couldn't stop my son from eating fast enough. Got a refund for food and got out of there. Son now has food poisoning. Hopefully that's it. Very bad place. DO NOT ENTER.
