Stop by in a rush on my way to work. Ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin. Get to work and both sandwiches were missing the egg. I called the phone number on the receipt to report it but the phone number was out of service. WTH!! So when I get back from work I'm taking the Order right back to them..

Waited over an hour in the drive through line which is blocked in on both sides. So once in line you cant leave even if you want,only to get to the window and they had no clue what I ordered and they proceeded to argue with me when I asked why it takes a hour to receive nuggets and fries!Rudest slowest and most incompetent McDonald's in Arkansas!

Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order inside. I went to the counter to ask about the order. The clerk grabbed a bag from the back and gave it to me. They never called the order or name. How long did it sit before I asked about it. McGriddles were burnt. Others inside were waiting along with us. They seemed to be running on a snails pace. No sense of urgency for any order. They need customer service training. Inside was in need of repair. Light fixture hanging out of place, tiles missing from baseboard, tables needed to be wiped and floor swept.It's a poorly run location in need of support from a restaurateur.

Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up.. after close to 10 minutes the line hadn’t moved at all so I went inside. There were 4 employees standing right behind the counter talking and 2 employee standing by the soda machine talking. I stood there for a couple of minutes and no one had even acknowledged me so I just said “I’m here for 2 pick up orders” and one of the employees said okay, hold on. I stood there for 5 more minutes while they continued to talk to each other about what shift they work tomorrow and what they were doing this weekend BLAH BLAH BLAHHHH. I finally realized they had no interest in my order or doing their job so I walked out. I’ve never seen a business with so many employees yet not get any kind of service. RIDICULOUS.. such a joke!!

Ordered a chicken biscuit and a hash brown. Pulled up to the window sat for a minute then was asked to pull forward. I parked and a person pulled up next to me, got out and went inside. 10 minutes later I walked in and the individual that park next to me is eating his food. I asked for a refund and the lady walked away. Almost 30 minutes from the time I paid for my food and finally got a refund with rude attitude, disrespectful, and unprofessional employees.
