Maybe it's just this location? There are no plastic knives? So if you want to cut your sandwich in half you have to hand your 'to go' container back to the kitchen - which I thought was against health regulations. Additionally I thought closed toe shoes were a requirement! Here there was an employee walking around in flip flops working in the kitchen and with customers. There is no ambience. At all. The fries, fried pickles - just overly salty. I think the health inspector needs to do an impromptu visit.

I got the 2piece catfish dinner. The fish tasted so muddy I spit out in my plate. So I paid $8.99 +tax to eat 5 onion rings and about a 1/4 cup of slaw. We will not be coming back here.if there was a way to click on "0" stars that's the rating I would give.

My Experience @Ocean's Fish & Chicken was Awesome! I know the wait in the Drive Thru is inconvenient but it is sooo worth it when I know I will get fresh & hot food every time! And they have where you can call ahead for a Call In Order. It is a blessing when you can call ahead and they get your order correct as well. I believe that's important! Side note: if you need your fish fried Hard or Soft they will accommodate that request as well. I am sooo grateful for that because most places will not acknowledge that it is important. Thank you for outstanding service!

The day shift is definitely better than the night shift. I always order a catfish fillet with extra seasoning and I never get the extra seasoning! It looks like they didn’t put any on my fish at all! The service was slow and had too many inconvenient wait times.
