Upon Arrival, I Could See They Were Busy, Which Is A Good Sign of The Quality of Food, So I Ordered A Burger With Mustard & All Of The Trimmings. Flavor of The Burger Was Excellent. 4 Issues I Had Is That,The Bun Was Not Toasted, Too Much Mustard, The Tomato Was Too Watery / Mealy For As Thin As It Was &The Center Of The Meat Patty Was More Pink Than I Prefer Especially With Hamburger Meat.The First Bite I Realized The Sogginess Of The Bun. Yes Ma'am and Yes Sir! The smoked meats I've experienced a long time ago at a few events and Tyson and its still great. Mr. James Rice has a mean brisket if you didn't know now you know. I had the DB Burger with cheese and it was amazing, didn't need fries but you might need a drink because it's Huge! Thanks Rice First Class Catering for bringing an amazing food experience to Pine Bluff see you guys soon!
