Used to love coming here up until Saturday that was whoever was working the drive thru was a total an complete waste of the human body first off I've never had a problem driving up to the window without using the speaker box as I'm door dashing I mean wouldn't that put you on a time limit? Then she asked what the order was and asked to see my phone then closed the window and when I asked for my phone back she cop an attitude telling me maybe another dasher should come get it cuz I wasn't getting the order. Sorry I don't want someone going thru my phone to steal my personal info which has happened to more than one person in pine bluff. My advice stay away new employees don't like doing there job or she's trying to steal.

The food is almost always very good. The shakes are a bit pricey but get a banana ? shake!!! This visit the carrots weren't very friendly or nice- this was disappointing. Usually good service here.

Took over 30 minutes to fill an order from the mobile app, tried to give me a drink that was not mine, then did not wantcto gi e me the ice cream that was in my order so zi had to show the car hop what and why I was not supposed to have a drink but ice cream instead using my app.This place was better MANY MANY years ago.I placed the order before confirming which sonic to pick up from.
