Ordered Breakfast Sunday 2/4 before church and was pulled up, waited a total of 45 minutes before I went in to ascertain why it was taking so long, ask to speak to manager to see why they decided to change grease when they knew it would be busy and see why we had to wait so long for a Breakfast burrito and was told there wasn't one at that time so I ask to cancel order since they hadn't started it. Was told I had to do it in app which I ask for help with and someone did, they did say to wait 5-7 business days which I did and never received refund so I initiated the chat feature in app and was told that I had received food and wasn't due refund. With that being said, I told them I will NOT be back and if I have to I will take them to small claims. Person on other end of chat then offered a $15 credit which was refused because 1. I'm not entitled to that much and 2. I will NOT be back so it's practically worthless. Got a call from management immediate after chat ended, explaining situation, she did offer cash refund if I was able to come down, problem is being a disabled vet with the disability in my feet and no car, walking further than a few feet is excruciating and I had explained this and told her the same thing I'm NOT waiting another week and half since I've already waited that long.

Went through drive thru and let me tell it was ridiculous I guess they were short handed because the line took forever I mean with every vehicle I was patient and the food was fresh it should had with the almost 25min

I don't go to Wendy's but maybe 1 time a year if I'm with someone else going there, but I don't go there myself... Nothing against them at all I just don't care for the food & I've had some bad experiences at Wendy's when I was younger...

Used the drive thru. The Taco salad was bad. No chips - crackers. Lettuce was very wilted and some looked like it had been frozen and thawed. Chili was good and topped with my own cheese. After I opened the salad I decided to just eat the chili. Won’t waste my money again on a salad.

This Wendy's location was beautiful on the outside but, totally unclean on the inside! Countertops on the soda station looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day! I could see the Front Line from the Cash register and it looked filthy as well.? I pray over my food hoping the preparation area is not as bad as the Lobby.
