Hello lovely people out there in this world! This is my first time shopping at Winghub & Qtea restaurant today on May 10, 2024. So glad my mom took me here today. I ordered a large egg fried rice, a 3 fried catfish fillet, and a small coconut milk green tea. I gotta tell ya, I am so in awe and so in love with this restaurant! ? This restaurant is totally the real deal, their egg fried rice and fried catfish fillets are so good! And their coconut milk green tea is like the matrix slow motion dropkick off a wall! It's so scrumptious, rich, and it pops! Their foods and drinks are the bestest I've ever tasted thus far in Pine Bluff, Arkansas this year in 2024! I definitely will be shopping here alot. I really love this restaurant because their prices for the foods and drinks they serve are very low affordable wise, and the customer service is top notch, they're super nice and they are very informative on explaining their foods and drinks to you going from detail to detail to the full extent. I should have shopped here a long time ago lol I'm so late. I am totally a fan of them now, I've had an awesome experience today with them, and I really hope and pray that they will reach greater heights and succeed reaching their goal in their lives and become bigger than this world. I want them to know that I really love each and every one of them alot, and may I add that they have an all female lineup of employees? Yes that's right! ? I could be wrong, but today I only saw the lovely ladies, no lovely gentlemen unless they were working in the back or were in another area or wasn't scheduled to work today, I'm not quite aware sure. But if you guys are interested, please check this restaurant out, you guys can definitely trust me. I've heard nothing but great things in compliments wise from customers who also came to shop too, most of them are not new customers, they've been shopping at this restaurant since day 1 or recently. Oh yes they also told me to definitely get the sauce called yum yum because it's really good. They were right, it is, love the flavor that it has. It's my first favorite sauce today. Also for the milk green teas in recommendation from an employee which is four she loves, go for the coconut milk green tea with everything that is included in it, the honeydew one, the pine apple one, the taro one, or the papaya one. Or all four lol. Also if you guys buy 10 drinks or any kind except milkshakes, you get the 11th drink for free. milkshakes are not included in this offer. If you guys go please share your comments stating you guys thoughts on this restaurant. I would be so delighted and would love to read them. Best fried rice I've ever had the pleasure of shoveling into my mouth. The wings are delicious, the drink are made fresh, and the staff is super friendly. If you're in Pine Bluff, check them out! I'm never disappointed.

The food is fire… that’s not the issue.. it’s the customer service for me. Working in customer service you have to be able to work under pressure. When conversing back and forth with another employee about the discrepancy of an order; shouldn’t be done in front of customers. Also, the hood undertones can come down just a bit because this is a newer place of business that’s working on building customer relationships and repertoire. Lastly, people can go spend their money where they’d like but the quality of customer service will definitely turn around a loyal customer. It isn’t that serious to be fighting for your life as as a food service worker/cashier.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice with Mongolian wings. Food is very good and a must try. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a decent wait time of 10-15 minutes. The employees are kind and helpful as well.
