“I ordered online and assume it was ready when I had selected, but I sat, ignored, at the window for about 5 minutes, then still not answered for another 5 or 10 minutes. I ordered square cut on my pizza and it wasn't cut at all. I know staffing is difficult for a lot of businesses, but could you try to hire friendlier people? I'll never get the Brooklyn style again, it was tough and like shoe leather to chew. Everything else was good.“
