I waited in the drive thru for a very long time. Easily in the top 5 longest waits in a drive thru in my life. We got to the windows and the very nice young lady was apologizing because her manager and one of her coworkers were arguing very loudly right behind her. Then when we drove off and opened up our food we found that they had not put in the biscuits that were supposed to be with our order. On a positive note the food was good.

Service is good but just not quiet “great”. There’s nothing wrong but ALL the employees I’ve interacted with at this establishment in particular, seem unhappy and it makes me wonder why. They still do a really good job but I just wonder if maybe a very good team lead or supervisor might dig a little deeper to motivate them and make them feel lighter and happier about the service they provide our community and perhaps fill their shifts with more encouragement and positivity?Ultimately the establishment and employees are good and just to see them happier and more engaged with the patrons is all I could want at future visits.
