Waited long time in drive through as you usually do..I ordered chicken 2 enchiladas, get home they are cheese and I can't eat this kinda of cheese..I never get cheese here only chicken. Called to tell them my order and they just argued with me that I ordered cheese...I never have only chicken...this place and service has gone down hill so bad. Been coming here since 93...I'm done with them..will never go back. Las Palmas will get my 100% from now on. Rude to argue with a customer.

Some of their older waitresses that have worked there a long time, are consistently not very friendly. Other than that, the food is great, cooks are fast and consistent, salsa is good, guacamole is WAY overpriced, don't do it. 2 tiny scoops for $6. LOWELL location adds 15% gratuity to checks even if some are children. Was NOT happy about that considering our waitress never even refilled our glasses.

Customer service sucked the last time I was there (3 weeks ago), but the food was good. Told a couple friends to check it out. Then they call and tell me it was terrible and the waitress was acting crazy and saying out of the box things. Won't ever recommend to anyone else again.

Came with a large group and we were not there long and will NEVER GO back! We came in our scrubs as our job is literally to take care of and help others. We were tired and just wanted to relax. Our waitress was incredibly angry and unhappy to be there. She was rude and irritated from start to finish. She did not ID anybody at the table and brought everyone margaritas. She sent one of the group home in TEARS as we were leaving. Nobody cared or did anything. Crazy experience I hope no one else has to go through!! It’s one thing if the food is bad, most people will go back and give it a second chance. But if the customer service is bad, there’s no going back.

Food took forever to come out. The table wasn’t all the way wiped down. And most important: Rude employees. The waitress was terrible from start to finish and had a bad attitude. She obviously hates her job and should not be serving people. Looked my mom dead in her face and told her she looked old in front of the whole table after serving alcohol at the table without ID-ing anybody at the table. Isn’t that illegal? Then, called the store to speak to a manager and was told he’s not available he’s in Roger’s and will call back and never received a call back. He doesn’t seem to care at all about the horrible customer service his waitress gave not about the fact that the waitress had my mom in tears. If he does happen to see this and decided he cares now, check your cameras from Thursday 11/11:30 am. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to call the restaurant from my car to get assistance in the drive-through. The taco, chicken enchilada, and flautas are delicious! I will order online next time, hopefully, for a better pick-up experience.
Amazing improvement. After a bad experience several years ago, we have avoided this restaurant. Good news, they are 100% better. The place was clean and waitstaff were great. We had chicken and pork fajitas, and both were good, although the pork was the best. There were pieces of bacon in the mix and you can't go wrong with bacon. And the serve Fos Equis Amber on tap.
