I just went through the Drive through on my lunch break. When asked what sauces I want, I told them I would like 4 or 5 packets of Arby's sauce. I heard a lady say " We aren't wasting sauce" Then I noticed they only put two in my bag so I asked again for more and I was met with an attitude saying The most I can give is two. I asked why and I was told " I don't make corporate policy". With that being said let's think for a second. Had I gone inside to get food and served myself arby sauce, would they have stopped me if I had gotten two packets worth of sauce? I doubt it. The attitudes need adjusted at this store. All I wanted was some sauce. Ridiculous.

The older ladies in there running this place, put the definition in southern hospitality. Welcomed me with a smile and I left with a smile. Food was good. Maybe a little more beef on the sandwich would have been nice but it’s Biden’s America, so I get it. But nice to see Arby’s still going strong!

Sub-par, expensive food. I wouldn't pin this on the employees, though, because the overall service was great and my accommodations were met above & beyond. If the company actually cared about the consumer it would've definitely been better.
Fries were cold and the woman taking my order was incredibly rude. Beef and cheddar was a mess, ended up having to eat it with a fork. Brisket was a mess as well and squished flat.

The beef & cheddar wasn't as good during this visit as it was a couple of days prior. Not sure what was off about it, we just know it wasn't as good. But still a good meal, 2 for $7 beef & cheddar, can't go wrong.
