I arrived around 4 PM to enjoy a nice dinner with my daughter from South Carolina. Our waiter Chris was 5 star. However, I ordered steak medium well and a crab cake. When it came to the table after about 20 minutes, thesteak was rare at best & the crab cake looked like it had been scooped out of a container and not cooked at all. Sent the steak back after the waiter agreed that the steak was "most definitely not medium well".After waiter agreed it was undercooked, another 15 minutes later, the exact steak that I had already taken a cut off and took a bite of came back out. I would like to know how in the world You send a steak back out that someone had already cut a piece and chewed off of it and put it on the grill to recook it.. Is that sanitary? It looked microwaved. My daughter raves about this place and I was so underwhelmed and upset by this experience. This is not a cheap meal. No manager came by to ask if our meal was ok, if we enjoyed our experience, nothing. The waiter was the only redeeming thing about this visit. My daughter had 2 Pineapple martinis and neither had enough alcohol in them to be considered a cocktail. Highly disappointed and I will never recommend this establishment and I don't think my daughter will either.

Had a really great experience here… great food, and friendly service with a lively, upscale atmosphere. Great to have something like this in a relatively small town.

Food is consistently good.On a small note, I struggle to like the mashed potatoes. Not sure what it is about them, but the consistency is really thick and dry. Other than that, the food is really good. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive. Kudos to them for the great service! The restaurant is clean, with subdued lighting which creates a nice atmosphere. You are not blinded by lights, nor do you struggle to see.My only significant critique is that they have had a bar with no blender. It broke some time back, and they have yet to replace it. Would love to be able to order a couple frozen drinks there, but that is currently not an option. Seems it should be a simple fix to order or buy a new one.

The team at Bonefish Rogers, Arkansas was incredible. In addition to great food and outstanding service, they helped me pull off a very special Birthday Surprise for my wife. Extra special thanks to Arlisa, Becca and Austin. What a wonderful evening!

The food was good (not great) but overpriced. Service staff was pleasant but not particularly attentive. I’ll try them again sometime but I’m not in any hurry to go back.

Major health risk, avoid at all costs. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner hoping for a nice evening out. Instead I found myself spending the evening over the toilet vomiting with food poisoning from the worst fish tacos I’ve ever had. I should’ve known what was coming after I was only able to stomach half the plate. Thankfully my girlfriend didn’t order any seafood or her birthday would’ve been ruined as well. Not only disappointed but genuinely upset with the illness imposed.Interested to see how management responds.

Bonefish Grill is a nice upscale seafood restaurant with a variety of other options. It does have a few vegetarian options, but I wouldn't call it vegetarian friendly. The options were limited to sides or pasta. The service is good and staff is very friendly. I would recommend getting the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert!Vegetarian options: Sides or Pasta

Love the bang bang shrimp! Had a new item that was cauliflower fried bang bang style. Highly recommend. Smoked old fashioned was delicious too. I had the cod imperial that was very tasty. Service was a little slow but I had good company. Not a fan of paper table cloths when spending $150 for a meal.

Good food, service and fresh fish. Nice staff and also close to highway. Somewhat kid friendly. They have activities and kids menu but not many families go here.
