Super inconsistent with the food. Especially for breakfast.Most the time breakfast is horrible, very undercooked and throw together. Today was the fourth time in three months that I had to throw most of my meal away. Store is always dirty, staff is rude as well as difficult to understand. Out of all the BK's locally this one is probably the worst. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Hell, gas station food is better than this.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken nuggets had so much seasoning and I asked for water and the water was mixed with pink lemonade.

My mom and I went thru the drive thru for a drink, Dr. Pepper and Lemonade. I was told they didn't have Lemonade; it's on the menu. I ordered something else. When I got up to the Window, I asked the girl about it, why I couldn't get a Lemonade, it's on the Drive Thru menu. She told me it was for dine in only. Stupid!!!! It shouldn't be on the Drive Thru menu if it's not available.

It's pretty impressive when you can order 1 item and it's wrong. That's a 100% failure rate!! At least the guy that took my money was nice. It's amazing that fast food workers want more $$$ per hour but can't even get a simple order right.

I do not know what was in my burger, but I could hardly digest it . I tried spitting it back out, I couldn’t even get it back up.Please be mindful of what ends of the tomato or onions you are using.Hopefully, my body will digest it well nothing else happens to me. Cheese sticks were dry

Placed an online order, waited 10 min. The lobby was closed, and all of the employees were standing at the counter, not working. I drove up to the empty drive thru, and the employees didn't even start my order.

Difficult for them to get orders correct. Employees don’t seem to care and no one in the store answers the phone. I’ve had to “request” my change back before and then today I was asked “do you want your change back?” Why would I not want my change back? I’m not giving you almost $1 for no reason at all. What the heck is wrong with employees and corporate mentality?

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 whoppers with only mustard and pickles. Paid 17$ for 2, 2 nasty burgers covered in ketchup and Mayo. And no time to drive thru again. Will not go back....

Make sure to check your order before you drive away. This crew today on 11/12/23 messed up everything with our order. Everything that we asked not to be on our burgers was there and the one think we asked for, cheese, was on neither. Also ordered both meals to be large and one to have onion rings instead of fries. Had to ask them for the onion rings because they didn’t put it in the bag and had to show him the receipt and the bag that had no onion rings and they acted like that was mind blowing. Neither meal was large, everything about the burgers were wrong, and one of the orders almost didn’t get its side. Check your order before you drive off.

The absolute rudest people work here. I don’t know what it is about this particular Burger King but the people who work here always seem to be having a bad day. I keep going back and giving it a chance but it’s the same every time. The guy at the drive through this morning seemed to have absolutely no interest in being at work or taking my order. There are too many choices nearby to deal with rude service.

TRIED to purchase 2 wraps and a large order of nuggets. Management was extremely rude, telling me 1 sauce only, any extra sauce would be additional charge. Also told me if I didn't want my food that's fine, and then said "I don't make the rules buddy". I told him to keep the food! I won't be going back to this location. Ridiculous policies need reevaluation and management needs customer service training. Total fail!
