I was there for my granddaughter’s birthday. I am familiar with the crazy that is Chuck E Cheese, so I knew what to expect, and in this regard met my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything else was in great working condition.I took a star off for no beer available and one off for the low enthusiasm of our server. (I do understand she may have had an off day) other than those two things it was great.Kid-friendliness: It was extremely fun for the kids and parents in attendance. We would do it again.

Too expensive. Ordered small pizzas knowing boys do not each more than a piece. Person at counter told me she was going to order a large and medium to get drinks free. Pizzas would be cheaper also. Line behind so did take her advise. Threw away all of the medium pizza and most of drinks. $145 to play games for 30 minutes for 3 young boys, 1 3 year old which had no clue how to play most games. Hard to watch hard earned money thrown in the trash.

Celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday here. The kids all had fun and the food was delicious. The host forgot her name I think she's Latino gave us a great time and served our party well.

We had our daughters party there on a Sunday and it was packed. Every birthday table had a large group and it was tight. They have a worker at the end of the table who attempts to keep things coordinated and us somewhat "on a schedule" and the whole thing just felt a bit "impersonal. " Tables are so long and skinny, people on one end aren't really included in what's going on at the other, and as a mom, I like to be a bit more involved in the candle lighting etc. vs. a stranger doing it all. The kids had fun but because of all the "planned things" the kids truly got very little time to play games. We had to order and XL pizza for the adults and all adult drinks were extra at $3 each. For a $300 party, several of us were disappointed. (6 kids total) Chaotic & very impersonal.

Most of the games for toddlers were broken. Complained to two different staff members who blew me off. Cause they don't handle those issues only the tech manager.
