I love this specific cicis. This is the ONLY one me and my family will go to. The food is always hot and fresh. The workers are amazing. Always checking in on you and making sure that you have whatever your heart desires.

Food was hot and fresh! There were 2 workers that kept standing in the way talking by the food bar and giving dirty looks to customers though.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have child entertainment options with a small arcade and TV channels. There are a good variety of kid friendly food options too!Wheelchair accessibility: It's not super well thought out. But it seems like they tried.
We had 9 people in our party, and it was a busy night. Everything was great and tasty!! Love me some CiCi's pizza.

Had a terrible experience at this location compared to the others I’ve been to. I was greeted by frustrated staff and had to wait a lengthy time for them to actually see to me. The pizza took forever to be topped up to the point where customers were standing and waiting. The service dealt by the staff serving the pizza wasn’t efficient and it felt like they just didn’t care. Would not recommend this location.
