Super chill bar and grill, the staff was very friendly. The brisket nachos were top notch! Live entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

This place definitely has potential. Upon arrival there was a smell of decay, not being familiar with the area I chalked it up to possible sewer lines. Restaurant has an visual appeal once entering. However, the drinks were not what one expected. Mine tasted water down and flavorless. My meal I ordered was the pork belly and rice however there was lack of pork belly to be desired. The potato salad was out of this world. The employees seem like they could use a little more training. Over all, I’m pretty sad that I had been dying to try Hawaiian food and this was my first experience at having it. Will not recommend nor will I be returning.

My husband and I went during lunch time. We both got rice bowls and they came out terrible. They tasted like a frozen meal you can get from Walmart. The serving size was very small and laughable for the price they were charging for it. The day we went, these bowls were advertised as half off, but the waitress charged us full price. The service was pretty bad as well. Maybe it’s a cool place to be at night, but our first visit here was awful.

After reading online about Hapa's, we decided to give it a try. Having lived in Hawaii, I long for the spam musubi and Kahlua pork I ate growing up there. We expected a wait on a Friday night, but we're pleasantly surprised to get right in, with only a couple of other tables occupied. We ordered happy hour Modelo and glass of Moscato, and Spam Musubi appetizer. They were out of Modelo, and brought me a glass of Merlot. My husband asked for and recieved a different beer, and then requested my white wine. They were also out of Moscato, so brought me a Pinot Grigio. The musubi was delivered without plates to eat it on, or silverware and napkins. (The musubi was mediocre, at best.) After a very long wait...35 minutes maybe... our dinner was delivered. But it was not what we ordered. The dinner that was to come with potato- Mac salad had fries instead. (And they weren't GOOD fries, they were those frozen Ore-Ida type fries) And my DH's dinner was not at all what he ordered. At this point, I was checking out the condiments while waiting for my husband to get his correct meal, when I noticed the Sriracha sauce bottle. The contents were greenish- gray. So I opened the bottle and laid it on the table, eventually asking the server to toss it. We overheard another customer who had sent back her meal because it was not correct. She complained that this place had really gone downhill. She left without eating. The table next to us left after having a beer and appetizer, I only caught that they were going to "cut their losses" and left. I asked the server what was going on, why were they struggling? He said it was hard to find people to work. A lot of people call in sick, don't come to work. They have a hard time because they are open 11-2, and 5-8- who wants to seek those hours. And they are NOT open on the weekends!!! So, I hope the owner will see this review, and realize that there's some MAJOR problems going on with his restaurant. This place has the potential to be a great place, but at this rate.... I'm afraid the days are numbered. Please get your crew on board with sanitation, train them on which wines/food you offer, get a handle on your supply chain issues. I'm not sure we'll return to this restaurant. In hindsight, we probably should not have eaten the meal we were served....

The ribs and shrimp were not great. The servings are reasonable. Wait staff seems new. The staff seemed to be in a rush to serve and get out of there the day I went. I won't be recommending this place

We enjoyed stopping by Hapa's tonight! Steph was super sweet and gave us great service. The food was delicious as always. We regret not getting over more often! We managed to enjoy a $5 appetizers due to coming in right before happy hour ended and they were wonderful to get it rung up quickly so we didn't miss out

This spot is amazing! Best Hawaiian I've found in NW Arkansas yet! Teriyaki chicken was delicious. Wife's kahlua pork amazing. Kids chicken nuggets were hand made not junk. Friendly staff our waitress was amazing and the cook even checked to see if we loved our food!

Food is good. Nice atmosphere and building. Service is why my review is 3 stars. I don't know if it's due to the worker shortage for the food industry or what, but I had to bring our napkins and drink refills to the table. No to go cups. Lemonade fountain drinks not working. Basically the waitress took our orders for drinks and food...but never really came over to ask if we needed anything.
