I’m from Jersey so my opinion counts more. What a great place. The young man taking my order was chatty and friendly. I ordered 4 subs, each with some unique substitution/addition/tweak.He remembered everything like some kind of genius, all the while being pleasant, despite moving quickly and getting everyone through the line.The subs were all tasty - even the tuna which every other chain ruins.Whatever the owner manager is doing to either find or train the folks who work there - she or he is onto some kind of secret.I was so impressed I left a $10 tip, and I’m a tight wad.Awesome experience!

We went to Jersey Mike's for the first time...this morning. Amazing Philly cheese sandwich. The bread was warm and delicious! The best I've EVER had in my whole life! I wish our budget would let us go again real soon! Yum!!!

I’ve used the Springdale and bentonville stores before with great success. Tried the Roger’s, pleasant grove rd today. The lettuce was slimy and the tomatoes were old and wilty. I had to scrape them off. Please adjust to the other standards.

I've only had the classic Italian. Which is always delicious. My review is about the vibe and employees. I don't know if all Jersey Mike's has the same vibe as the Rogers, AR location is the only one I have been to. Just waking in you feel as if you are part of the party. The employees seem to really enjoy themselves and their coworkers. This is conveyed to their customers. I thought Chicfila's employees politeness was awesome. But coming to Jersey Mike's is like meeting up with old friends. I could not recommend JM more.

I placed my order on a Thursday morning for a Friday 1145 pick up. At 12:20. My order was finally ready to go but they didn’t have one of my sandwiches. Thank God I counted before I drove back to work. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and the girl who went back to check our sandwiches, put on gloves, but then accepted money at the cash register in those same gloves between checking my order.
