Ordered lunch for my family today. Ordered a Club Lulu without cheese, sub mustard for mayo and add onion. Seems like not too complicated of an order to me for a sandwich shop. I get home and no bacon on the sandwich and it is supposed to come with bacon. Disappointed because I paid for a sandwich that was incomplete!
The food is great but the customer service is truly unmatched. I had gone in yesterday for lunch and apparently dropped my wallet while waiting for my sub. Not even 24 hours after losing my wallet, a manger from the establishment drove 15 minutes from the store to my house to hand deliver it. Amazing food and customer service. 10/10

Easily my top 3 sandwich shop for lunch, but PLEASE work on the window speed! Way too slow if more than one car already in line- I know im not the only one driving off to avoid a crazy long wait. I hear this from a lot of others as well..
