4/5/24:The double drive thru doubles everybody's wait times. Good thinkin' Ronald.Not sure how to rate this trip. Ordered a big mac and 2 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets, 3 fries, and sauces. Drove accross town because i won't shop at the one on Hudson Road ever again.Drove home across town to find out they gave me only 1 order of nuggets.Back across town, got my 2nd order of nuggets. She offered me a free apple pie for my troubles. I said, "Tell you what. I'll take the free one, and buy two more."She said, "I can only give you one."I left with my order of nuggets, and one apple pie.Like i said, i don't know how to rate this one, except to say McDonalds fries aren't good cold.

First, I absolutely loath McDonald's but my son practically begged me to take him. The food was old dry nuggets and soggy fries. My son ate 7 out of his 10 piece mcnuggets so I decided to try there WcDonald's sauce since most of the employees are still wearing the WcDonald's shirts and the receipt paper was advertising it. I went to the front counter to ask for some and an employee told me that they don't carry it anymore. The store was mostly empty yet almost every table was dirty. Honestly, I'm afraid to look at the restroom. It's obvious that the employees don't have a desire to be there and make the money that they lobbied so hard for. This is the last McDonald's I will ever go to. Let's face it, McDonald's food has never really tasted good and now they want to charge an arm and a leg for just about everything on the menu. I'm beyond done!

What is going on with the water you use for the fountain drinks? I have been sick since going there last Friday!I was extremely thirsty after traveling from Texas and stopped at this location. I ordered a Sprite, with no ice, and a frozen blue raspberry Fanta. The smell that came from the Sprite was that of raw sewage.Since I was traveling, I was not able to go back to the restaurant and request a refund.To be quite honest with you, the health department should be alerted to this matter IMMEDIATELY!!

McDonald’s refused to open their play place 3 minutes before 10am. Why are you telling families they can’t have breakfast together. 3 families all standing waiting for a play area to open. Breakfast starts before 10 so should the play place.
The new "double big mac" was very disappointing. A week later I tried the new "double quarter pounder" and it actually pretty good. Service on both vists was excellent.

They have just changed this store to a self service store. The order was wrong twice. They have cut jobs to keep up with the rise in wages. It has ruined the company. We will not be back.
