My pizza wasn't the best, although my wife liked hers. There were tables that weren't cleared and stayed that way while we were there. It was our first time there. I can't say it would be our first choice to go back.

Food is bland and some stale items. Food is simply not good! Service is terrible and lazy. No smiles on any employee faces. Had to ask for assistance with 3 employees standing near me talking amongst themselves. Atmosphere is terrible. Music was loud and obnoxious. Wait time is absolutely horrible based on the low number of customers during my visit. Pricing is high for something anyone could prepare themselves in their own kitchen at home. Grade is a Total F-

Don’t really come to Newk’s usually and never leave reviews but came in just now for a pickup order that I ordered online and staff assumed it was for a DoorDash order I guess and told me to “make sure I get his drink” which was kind of strange to me not a huge deal but then after filling up my drink I asked an employee if there were lids and she just pointed and stared at the lids. Not good service, came off rude, and not planning on being back anytime soon. Also didn’t get my Au Jus sauce with my French dip sandwich.

The salads were the only thing good about today's lunch. The sandwich halves were so small & definitely more bread than filling. Also very dry, with no mayo or whatever sauce was supposed to be on it. So, three lunches, which were very average, came to $41. Not worth it.

Would not recommend this location for catering. Ordered catering >24 hours in advanced with pick up time scheduled from 11-1115am. I arrived at 11 and did not get my order until 1138.... The manger was very kind to throw in a cookie tray for the inconvenience. However, I was late for my scheduled luncheon and was less than impressed my order was not ready in time. This location was the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in, the staff was overly friendly, and the food is always top notch. Truly surprised that since their service and food is so exceptional that they're catering process was not up to the same standard. Will definitely not utilize catering going forward after this encounter. ?

I give the food four stars as they have a consistent salad.That being said the ordering is an unpleasant experience.There was a line of ten people with one register open and two workers just standing there looking from behind.The manager was working but hasn’t any management skills.When you pay your total doesn’t show on any device.The order taker couldn’t tell me the total.The audacity to leave a tip when paying is ridiculous as they don’t have any customer service other than the kind gentleman who busses the tables.This is continuous, I keep returning due to the food. This site needs a Bar Rescue type person to cone in and train everyone.During a previous call in orderI have had to ask a salad prep person for my takeout order because it was sitting in the kitchen after I was waiting ten minutes.

Disappointing visit. When we come to NWA, we look forward to dining here. After this trip, not anymore. Ordered half sandwich/salad as shown on the menu on the wall. Could not order the combination I wanted because the buttons on the computer won't allow this. Really? So change your sign--no, corporate won't allow that. So the evil corporate overlords did it and we're not creative enough to figure out a work around so the customer can be served. The manager had previously expressed concerns but otherwise did nothing.Food and service not as good as we experienced on previous visits to this restaurant. Seems to be declining In all areas.
