The only thing that could have made this experience ANY better, is if it were in Gentry or Siloam. We LOVE pizza hut and we don't get it too often cause it's not piping hot or cold lol it's warm by the time we get it home. We either want it HOT or cold hehe. Very delish nonetheless!
As always the pizza was amazing. Stuffed crust is always on point and the Cinnabon mini rolls are an excellent sweet finisher.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if it was an option.They are a dumpster fire in a s—— show.I ordered food on a Sunday evening for pickup. Before I placed the order, the Pizza Hut app was reporting a 15 minute wait. Once I received the confirmation somehow the estimated wait time of an hour. Minor annoyance, but I was going to roll with it.I arrive to the store for my order and hour and 10 minutes after I placed it to be informed they couldn’t find my order.They then bumbled about for 10 minutes and finally found the order in their system. All they would say then is “they are working on it.” With no commitment as to when the order I placed (by that time 90 minutes ago) would be read for me to take home.I happened to talk to another customer in the lobby who purported to have been waiting there for an hour and a half for his order.I saw this as a sign that I was never going to get my order in anything considered a timely or reasonable timeframe and cut my losses and left.I didn’t trust the same clowns who lost my order to be able to competently process my refund while they were still running around like chickens with their heads cut off in a melee of incompetence and called their customer service number. That was another futile time suck as they reported (after playing 20 questions) that they can’t process the refund there and I will have to go to the store.Thank god for AMEX because I am charging this order back and they can eat the chargeback fees.Seriously, this place is a joke; all be it a stupid one.
Still the best tasting pizza. There's no bad pizza BUT, when we want the best it's a made to order HOT carry-out from Pizza Hut. Always fresh and really, if you haven't tried the crust on a "pan" style, you haven't had a true original...

Ordered a pizza online at 10:30 pm, realized we needed soda to go with so we called to add that. The associate was more than accommodating and had a pleasant manner! The delivery driver responded to our request to call before arrival as to not risk letting our dogs out when coming through the gate. Pizza was hot, cooked perfectly, and toppings were dispersed beautifully. A great late night craving fulfilled!! Thanks crew :)
We.dont shop ANYWHERE other then Pizza Hit. Or atleast we DIDNT. ..We placed an order at 8:11 pm . Wad told the wait was longer then expected and.it would be 45 mins to an hour. Called at 9:30 and was told it was going to be ANOTHER 20 mins. Uncalled for. I understand you get busy but an.hour and half?? Never

They are either really really understaffed and management needs to get a hold of us and help out their team or whoever was working there. On October 30, 2023. Decided they didn’t want to answer the phones that day. If a manager wants to reach out, I have call logs about how many times I tried reaching out.

I ordered a pizza at the counter. When it was ready, I asked if I would get the points in my pizza hut account. They told me I would have to call Pizza Hut rewards. I have called them numerous times, and I get a recording. I have called customer service- a recording. I have emailed both, and I receive emails back from them asking for the same info over and over again. Too, when you’re at the counter, you can see them making the pizza- without gloves on their hands. It’s a good time to try the many other pizza restaurants in town.
