They take too long with the food. And they don't tell you why it takes so long, they don't come to your table to give you an explanation. And the food is not very good, but since we were hungry and had already waited a long time, we ate it. But I think they can improve.

It’s difficult to find a good Latin food restaurant in this area other than Mexican restaurants. This Salvadorian restaurant nailed it. High fresh quality food at affordable prices! We”ll be recurrent customers, can’t live without those pupusas now ?

The staff was not very friendly and acted her cold towards me, and so did the customers. I am sure it was because I am African American from the looks I was getting.
Customer service is terrible at this place. Had an order of 24 pupusas that I had gone to pay for a day before and scheduled a pick up time for them, showed up to pick them up at the scheduled time and my order was not ready. They had just started making them when I showed up to pick them up had to wait 30 minutes for them when I had set up a time to pick them up. Wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you have big orders very unorganized and terrible customer service.

This was my first time here. The service here is not so go. Employees talked to you like you are bothering them! Also, I ordered Pupusas cheese and rebueltas where not good, no flavor will not recommend this restaurant.

The food is alright...everytime I order online and I get there to pay and pick up the food they take my order again as if they didn't do it the first time and I'm still left waiting an extra 10+ minutes past when they said it would be ready. The girls that work here have no working skills and give a demeanor that comes off as rude. Sometimes I'll call to order and the girls don't speak English, so they hang up on me! I'll call back thinking it was a mistake and they pick up the phone say (in spanish) they don't understand me and hang up again. The food is alright, nothing special and not bad.
