Order placed at 12:49 pm. At 1:28pm they said they lost our ticket. The sad thing is this isn’t the first time that they have “lost” an order or messed it up. Twice on this visit they tried to bring us the wrong orders. They reluctantly refunded our money.

I understand prices have increased; however, it appears that you've not only increased your prices and cut the portion of food i.e. 2 very thin slices of meat. Very disappointed.

Wow!:They have seriously dropped the ball today!!! Sunday October 1st. Service was almost non existent. Store was practically empty but my order tool almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup. Pitiful.
