I ordered delivery via smoothie king website. Only 1 smoothie was out of the 2. I called and asked for a refund and the girl answering said she couldn’t access card info, and I would have to come in the store for a the missing smoothie replacement. I said I hoped it would be more than that since I’m out delivery fee, service fee, and drivers tip.She said I was making it out more complicated than it should be, and she would just give her manager my name. I asked when the manager was working since I had to come in and request said smoothie and she said she didn’t know and didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name, so I could tell the manager that was who said I could come in.I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills, and she said womp womp and hung up. Flabbergasting.

Employees don’t want customers. I was rushed when I placed my order. I wanted to add more items to my drink but the employee finished inputting the drink and said to go pay.
