Went to try the place out Saturday night, 2/24/24. Food was delicious! I had the spring rolls and vegetable curry with beef….sooooo good! Staff was very helpful in picking out entrees and knew the menu well! We will be back soon! A+++

I am addicted to this place!!! We usually get it delivered, but decided to dine in a couple nights ago. Our server Drew was very friendly and attentive and my husband even tried something new based on his recommendation. The food was great and the restaurant is so cute and super clean. We will definitely be back!

Quality of food went down. Chicken pho broth tasted like water.As you can see from the response, they are also extremely unprofessional. Passive aggressive, very rude with poor communication skills. If you can’t handle reviews you should not own a business. Maybe focus on bettering your food and service skills instead of being rude to customers who you treat badly. That’s part of customer service, which you lack. Wish I could give -5 stars. Keep letting your business go down hill ☺️ Also this is a public platform, I met you in person and can tell how much class you lack. The food was pretty good. I got chicken spring rolls and a gluten free pad Thai. The chicken needs a bit for seasoning in the spring roll. The pad Thai was tasty but would be nice to have a bit more protein in it. I also ordered the hottest version they have and got an additional size of the peppers. It has some spicy but was not the Thai hot I was expecting. Prices are good and I'll definitely come back and try another dish at some pointDietary restrictions: Gluten free offerings. Double check with the sauces they send out though.

First visit was okay.The food was decent although over priced.Every subsequent visit has gotten worse. The last and final visit, almost every table was not bused and never bused the entire time we were there. Several other patrons had a hard time finding a clean table.Servers/staff sitting at the counter on their phones, uninterested in anyone other than their phones. It was a chore for them to take anyone's order.Had to ask numerous times for refills.Sadly, the food isn't good enough to warrant this type of atmosphere...Go elsewhere to spend your hard earned dollars.

Wanted to order a take out milk tea. The (what I presume was the hostess) did not even acknowledge me, the waitress had to. The hostess (Alli) asked if I needed to place an order and I said yes, she then asked if I needed a menu, I said no I just want to order a milk tea. She then rolled her eyes and said you’re going to have to wait, I’m closing down the drawer, and it requires my full concentration. Then the waitress who was attending to the current tables apologized and came over to take my order. I visit the Siloam location frequently and have always had the best service there every time. Maybe the hostess was having a rough day, and that I can understand, but I think it could’ve been handled a bit better by the hostess. The waitress (didn’t catch name) was absolutely amazing and nice!

I was very impressed with everything. The restaurant has a very clean, professional vibe to it - almost corporate, but only in the best way. It was still comfortable and friendly, but it was clear to me that these owners know what they're doing. The food was excellent. I've had a lot of Pho and this was some of the best. The So Sea Pho was delicious and you get a ton of food for the price. And not just noodles, there was more meat and seafood in the dish than I've seen anywhere else. I'm looking forward to returning to try more menu items and enjoy their large covered patio out front.
