Awful experience. I helped my mom order some dinner on the app. She went to get it, got home with it, and the order was completely wrong (she ordered 3 burgers and a small tot, and there was only 1 burger in the bag). Called to let them know, and was asked “are you sure?”. Very rude, very unprofessional. They refused to give a gift card or cash back, but just to put it back on the debit card. Was told it would take 2-3 days to receive the refund. Never got the refund, and the restaurant keep giving us the run around and said to just wait. Finally had to get corporate involved and only managed to get a $10 gift card out of it. Stay far far away from this location, unless you like getting your order wrong, dealing with rude and incompetent workers, and being lied to about refunds.

Friendly, but the grilled cheese sandwich was tasteless, and the mozzarella sticks were very rubbery in texture. The onion rings didn't go over well either because the breading fell off the onions and the onions didn't taste like they were fully cooked. A bit disappointing ? to say the least.

I really hate giving less than great stars, espically to Sonic. I have been seeing a trend with Sonic drive-in. Yesterday, I ordered a Sonic blast. What I got was vanilla ice cream in a cup topped with whip cream and broken Oreo cookies. I am very disappointed with the lack of attempting to do their job and mix the product together and turn it into a "blast". I know you can do better but in this instance, an attempt was not even made.

The food took over 35 minutes in the drive in, when I asked how much longer it was going to take they had no idea about our order! About 10 minutes later we finally got our order, they did give us a couple coupons for some corn dogs but they should pay more attention to the costumers/ orders.

So ... 10:45 pm. Sonic lighted up like normal. Pull into a stall and pushed the button. "Red Button Activated. We will be with u shortly. So i waited. And waited. And waited. Then i saw a woman get out of her car and walk up to the door. She studies the door for a moment and then snaps a pic, turns and heads back to her car. So i drive put of my stall and around the bldg to the drive thru. After a couple of mins and no answer i drove to the window to order. Didnt take long to see the place was empty. 3 or 4 cars were doing the same thing i had been doing. Wasting my time

I waited over 15 minutes after the screen told me my order was on the way. All I ordered was a single burger and it never came. When I asked for an order update, I was told my food was given to another person and I would have to still wait. I instead asked for a refund which was never given. It's been 10 days since then. I won't ever come back to this location.

It looks like the cook threw my burger together from 2 feet away and the tater tots are way over done. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because of the pleasant redhead at the drive thru. Would not recommend coming here at night and possibly ever.

The burrito I ordered was great. I also got a slushee, when I pushed the button to tell them there was barely any syrup in the drink, Steve blamed it on the slushee machine. The slushees get pumps of syrup, that doesn’t come out of the machine. I asked if there was a way to get more syrup and was declined to make this right.
