I waited 14 minutes for 2 cars to get their coffee before I got to the window. This is not the first time that the service at this location has been incredibly slow .

Ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. No oat milk, that is fine I took soy. Also ordered a gingerbread loaf. Paid for my order and walked away. Few minutes later I was told they were out of gingerbread loaf. Ok...I'll take the lemon loaf. 15 minutes go by, got my drink, told him it was supposed to be a venti, and with little to no remorse the barista told me it was going to take a lot longer. Drive thru might have been busy but I was the only person waiting for a drink inside.I don't ever post these reviews but every part of my order was messed up or they did not have it in stock. No one seemed to mind that I walked out with a completely different order than what I ordered.

I stopped in this spot on my way home after a terrible day at the office. I love Starbucks and travel for work all over so I have visited many stores. Grace stood out and has made this store my favorite. You can tell when someone cares about people and making sure they are taken care of. I hope Starbucks knows what a lovely person that gave in this store. Go see Grace.
I do not frequent starbucks much at all. But the hotel coffee machine was broken. So I walked to starbucks in Rogers Arkansas. It was clean very crowded great customer service. It was so busy but my black coffee was given to me right away. Others were waiting on whatever. I need to go to a store next door. So I sat there for an hour and a half and watched the many many people going in and out of the building. Could not really see the drive through are but I could see the line wrapped around the building. I do not think there was less than 50 people inside there for at least an hour. Looked like a great team effort to make everyone happy. Coffee was good Pike Place for me. I was visiting and even in my home town I almost never go to starbucks. No specific reason just not convenient I guess. If I lived close to this one I might go back. If you are in the area give it a try. It was not full of people on computers just hanging out either. Prolly 98% just in and out.

I have just started going to Starbucks but this didn’t make me very happy. Two inches left at the top and not even hot at all. The young man at the window was very nice but I didn’t notice this until I left. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for!
