Waiting and waiting. 2 people working, only one working on what im assuming is an online order and completely ignoring the customers waiting in line. Has been 10 min so far.

Ordered through the app, 25 minutes later the app said the three sandwiches were ready. I went to the cash register and the young man said it was next up and that he was going to start making it. I said “ok…the app said it was ready that’s why I came up here and didn’t just wait for it to be on the rack”. He rudely responded “yeah well we’re in the middle of a rush so..” Please note there were only two couples ordering sandwiches, a girl already working on those, and no one at the drive thru. He was nice when I loudly said thank you when they were ready and said you’re welcome. Otherwise I doubt he would have said anything. And THEN two of the orders were wrong.

This is the closest Subway to my house. My family likes Subway, but we will not order from this one anymore. I am tired of my order being wrong. Then, today, 20 January 2024, my daughter went in to pick up our order and ask the young man to put more black olives on the sandwiches. She was told, "I read the order and can do my job, if you will let me." Very rude! Then he gave her a bag with the handles broken and told her to hold it from the bottom. And, the smart... did not make the sandwiches right. What an idiot. I do plan on speaking with the manager.

Wow, I’ve not seen such terrible customer service at a subway before. Pam was extremely rude and told me that it takes her 20-30 minutes to make an order because she’s only one person and can only do so much. She kept cutting me off while I was talking so she could keep getting defensive on the food not being ready, when I was just waiting patiently not even pushing the issue, just trying to talk and be friendly. Then another customer came in and neither of the employees acknowledged him for about 5 minutes (there was only one sandwhich to be made so they weren’t busy by any means) until they finally asked what he wanted. Terrible customer service and attitude. Pam should not be interacting with customers, she needs a job in the back that doesn’t require her to be kind or use customer service skills because she quite clearly has none. Very disappointing.Ill being going to Jersey mikes instead that’s for sure.

I go here all the time to get food and today an employee was acting very rude. She was an older woman, as soon as I pulled up to the drive through she started giving me and my family attitude. She was very rude. Whenever i pulled up to the window she made me get out MY OWN car to get MY OWN sandwiches that I payed for. Whenever i was leaving she slammed the drive through window on our face. My experience today was very bad she was very rude to me. This occurrence happened08-03-20234:10 PMPlease do something about her attitude or at least talk to her. That was very unprofessional and very rude of her to act like that to paying customers.
