Me and my girlfriend have been coming here weekly no problem since June 2023. Never again! I ordered the Pizza sub that I’ve ordered since 2nd grade to college- Sauce from the meatballs, mozzarella (they were out of shredded so I ordered fresh) pepperoni, and olives. VERY SIMPLE. I get home ready to devour my beautiful sub and to my demise I see the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen. Warm bread, pepperoni, and sprinkled parmesean. I call the store at 7:50 CST with my receipt in hand. I tell the worker my issue and he says this “I did what was on receipt it just says pepperoni and parmesean” AS IM LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND IT SAYS “PIZZA SUB (ADDED FRESH BL GIO MOZZERELLA +$2.10)He then tells me at 7:50 that he’s locking the doors and that if I don’t come in 5 minutes I can’t get a new sub. On the app, and online it says they close at 9. I don’t know who was working at 1/6/24 at 7:00, but they are the worst subway worker I’ve encountered in my life. Every other employee I’ve met at this location has been nothing but kind and respectful. We even tipped!?. I just want my pizza sub :(

Absolute shocking customer service - I went to order my food when the guy taking my order asked me how many sandwiches I said 3. Someone walked in after me and he asked how many sandwiches they said 1 , he said “ok I’ll help them first”. I suggest going to a different sandwich store that takes care of you as you walk in not what’s easiest for them. Awful customer service. Go to jimmy johns across the way! They treat you nice!

I’m the hotshot Italian guy. I’ve been coming around for about 8 months. I have ordered other items than the hotshot Italian, but at the end of the day I’m a simple man. Lee is the bomb, dude just showed up one day and is a pro at sandwich making. Ever since he started, the wait time has gone down significantly. Lyndsey, is a great worker too. I can’t complain much honestly because at the end of the day, I’m paying someone to make me a sandwich.

Bears rule

Bought the subway pass last month for $15, but it turned out to be a absolute scam. You are supposed to get 50% off a sub every day this month, but it's through the app only and their app won't recognize any rewards. Emailed them 5 times so far and not a single response. They are straight up ripping people off!

Used to be impressed by the management and efficiency of this store but over the last year or so it has completely fallen off. How is your drink station broken for over a month without measures taken for your clientele who want a soft drink? How are you low on basic ingredients? How can you justify almost $25 for 18” of sandwiches and one small iced tea? This franchisee clearly needs to get their business in order. I won’t be back for a while. I’ll try you again in a few months and see if you have improved; if not, that will be the last time I ever return. Running a fast food establishment just isn’t this complicated. The value here has plummeted in the last year and the lack of customers reflects that. Honestly pretty surprised at how dirty the place is for having almost no customers as well.

Was there a few minutes ago and the guy who made my sandwiches was very sloppy and I cannot believe I paid $20 for such horrible service. The worker literally threw together my sandwich and burned it. It’s sad to see how downhill subway has gone.

Went to get two sandwiches. Shop was out of everything. No rotisserie chicken available at 1200. Unfortunately, I left buying one sandwich that I didn't really want but options were slim.
