I enjoy so much dining here!!! The food is so good, lots of flavor and also fast service. I always have the Chipotle Steak puffy tacos and never disappoints! My best friend’s favorite is the steak nachos, she drools every time. Also, huge shoutout to the Operator of the Pinnacle location, Roth Ward!!! Always going above and beyond to provide the best guest experience?✨ easily my top favorite place to eat in NWA.

Interesting take on for-profit enterprise: buy a meal and the company feeds some poor person. Not exactly sure how this works, so we did not buy a meal; we did a'la carte. The folks working there and the other customers all were filled with Holiday cheer. Our experience was marred by a rocking table and noisy interactions between employees.

Flavor was not good, chicken was burnt, queso wasn’t hot, chips were stale, staff seemed like they hated their jobs. ?Added hot sauce to make it better but even the hot sauce wasn’t good. ?The unsweet tea was great.The two stars are for the tea.

The food is always,good, however, a bit on the expensive side for the quality. I was puzzled by the point of sale system asking for a tip, because it's a fast food restaurant - I'm served directly at the window, and no other service is required or offered.
