I honestly dislike coming here for one reason: customer service. Upon entering, there was no greeting. The girl sitting looked up for a second, then went back to playing on her phone. The other girl made eye contact for a second and then turned around. There's no customer interaction. It's not welcoming.I rarely come to tcby, due to the fact that the customer service is lacking. I've lived in Rogers for 4 years and maybe come here once a year to see if there's any change or progress. Nope. Same situation every time. Not sure if it's the day of the week or the time of day I choose to try this place.I think today is probably the last time I'll visit this location.

The frozen yogurt is good, lots of great flavors and choices for toppings too! It's a little pricey though for what you get.

Wonderful experience overall. Arrived 6 minutes before closing time, and they were still amazingly friendly.

Only 10 or 12 flavors there was 4 of us kids got small cups my wife and I got medium cups and the total bill was over $35 for the 4 us probably not going back

Took the kids in for a treat and our little guy got one too! The staff is great and so is the yogurt.
Kid absolutely loves it. Lots of toppings and flavors and was really good.

INSANELY OVER PRICED I love the frozen yogurt but it's just to overprice. Clem here if you want to spend $30 for like 3 people getting the smallest amount and the smallest cup. Not worth it, get better ice cream for cheaper at like Andy's or some local place.

We were hoping for better. We usually like frozen yogurt but this just wasn’t very good. The only decent flavor was the pink lemonade. Also so expensive!! We got the smallest size and filled the cups half way and still paid over $5 for each cup. Won’t be returning - outrageous price and bad froyo
