“Food was delicious! Love the aesthetic.Service was subpar. I was able to scan the QR code and order online before a server even came to our table. My daughter ordered a milk tea with no boba. It had boba… and no sweetener. My water glass had obvious lip marks. While the food was great, probably wouldn’t dine in again. Take out? Maybe.“
“If you're looking for healing, fresh food with flavor, this is your place. Tom Yum soup broth was the best I've had in a while! We also ordered chicken satay, fresh spring rolls and those were delicious too! My sister ordered the coconut based soup and also loved it.The not so good part - younger waitress was interrupted by the next table next door midway through taking our order and was a little short with us several times. Thankfully someone else took over for her, maybe they saw our disappointed faces. We had driven across the country for the 2024 eclipse event so we were pretty tired, thirsty and hungry.Luckily the overall experience was good after they switched the waitress. I prefer someone who has empathy and manners. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. The younger generation doesn't seem to care or have proper manners or lack empathy to serve people, especially tired and hungry travelers like us.“
“I’ve been eating at E-San for about 13 years now and it’s still my favorite Thai restaurant in NWA. Portions are generous, drive thru is available for convenience, and the food is always hot and made quickly. My favorites include the fresh spring rolls dipped in peanut sauce, pad see-ew, and chicken green curry (without eggplant and mushrooms). I’ve been ordering those dishes for years and they never disappoint. The only suggestion I’d give is toSpiciness of the dish does seem to differ based on who’s cooking that day, so I always order the heat level conservatively so it’s still enjoyable. E-San is a hidden gem!“
“This place is delicious! Every plate has a lot of flavor, great portion sizes, and the restaurant itself is very nice inside. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful and unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she gave us a wonderful experience!! Definitely recommend and we will be coming back. Pictured are some appetizers: spring rolls, shrimp rolls, and spring rolls, an entree: sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, and desserts: mango sticky rice and fried plantains with a side of vanilla ice cream. Everything was so good!“
“Was passing through NWA and needed a quick bite to eat. Stopped by here and got the chicken drunken noodles and an order of egg rolls. Really friendly girls working the window. It's I. A food truck park so there are outdoor picnic tables to eat at. Order came out quick, food was obviously fresh as it was molten hot! Great flavor, lots of food, nice and spicy. Egg rolls are mini egg rolls, good came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Good stuff.“
“Asked for mild "level 2 out of 10" sweet and sour chicken, I would hate to see what a level 5 is. I could only eat a few bites. The food at first smelled very good and the first 2 bites were very good. But then, the heat kicked in, 2 more bites and I was done.My wife ordered and said "NO SPICY" I've never seen her face turn red and nose running in the last 25 years we have been together. Apparently, hers was very spicy as well.I am giving a 4 star because the food was very good...until I couldn't taste it any more. I am taking away 1 star just because it was so spicy.“
“We were visiting the area and were looking for so yummy Thai...we were not dissappointed. Where we live on the west coast, we have tons of great Thai options to choose from...so we tried to temper our expectations. We ordered the Chicken Satay & Basil Fried Rice with chicken. The satay was tender and delicious. The Basil Fried Rice could have used more basil for my taste, but was quite good as well. I like my Thai food pretty spicy. Out west, I'd order a 3/5 spicy level. I expected the local tastes to be milder, so ordered a 4/5 and felt that it was maybe a touch milder than I like.In general, I was pleased with the food and would come here again.“
“A lot of Thai places have disappointed in the past, so I was hesitant to try out this one. Wish I’d visited sooner! The food was actually served HOT while the ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well balanced. Portions were also very generous and the waitress was pleasant and helpful, which helped make the overall experience 5 stars. Will definitely return.“
“We're from Texas, here on business. We spent hours on the road today and were hungry when we got into town. Hungry and NOT wanting fast food.Thai Basil caught our attention and we have it a try.The service was warm and excellent, and the food was served up fresh and delicious. I had the cream rangoons and fresh spring rolls, and my husband had the beef stir fry. Everything was delicious. We've been to this area a couple of times for my husband's business, so it's very possible we'll be back. If so, we will try to make a stop into Thai Basll again.“
“Fantastic food and service. Clearly the owners care about the taste and quality of the food they are serving. Love the open kitchen that is spotless! We went for lunch but ordered off the dinner menu. All 4 of us loved our food and will be back. Also, their color palette features my favorite color-purple (purple accents with gray).“
