We reserved a bay for 6 people to play…. + 3 kids (ages 5 and under) about 10 min in a “manager” came up as said no more than 8 people in a bay…. & was making us get ANOTHER bay because of the kids… CLEARLY all other bays were PACKED with more than 10+ people. I address that to him but he didn’t seem to care… I said I didn’t make sense how we had to get another bay because of the kids & all other people around was FINE… at that point is seemed pretty racist to me!!! We asked for a refund & left!!!’ PRETTY RIDICULOUS !!!!!

Unfortunately upon taking our order only 1 person out of our group of five colleagues was served a beer. Upon questioning the fact that our drinks had not arrived, we were told that the rest of us had 'violated their policy' and appeared 'drunk' despite the fact that most of our party had not even been drinking! There was no communication prior to us asking the manager what was going on and the only response once we did ask was that 'they have a strict policy' and we had violated it by laughing and appearing altered. Was really strange and inappropriate for a place that advertises as being a venue for adults to get together and be silly and have fun. I will never go to top golf again. ☹️

You’d better book ahead. You can wait a looong time to get in because platinum members are their top priority. We were told 10 minutes but an hour later we still weren’t seated. It was a Sunday night. Not even busy. Don’t get it. We left.

Tried to call ahead for a reservation was told had to book online or do walk in. Was told walk-in shouldn’t be more than 10 min when we called. Arrived with our group. Told it would be a 30 minute wait. After 30 min we asked when we would be seated they said it’s gonna be another 20 minutes because platinum members came in and bumped us on the list meanwhile the entire bottom floor was completely empty .. photo evidence provided

Got there obviously for a Saturday was pretty busy, we were told that we had a 2 hour wait no big deal understood, we went and sit on the bar area waiting for someone to come and take the order while we waited, we sited there anout 40min and no one ever come and offer a service, some othere People come after us and got service, pretty sucky service we hot up and Left, the weird thing was we were the only Hispanics there but the only ones that could not get service.
Alyssa was exceptional! Great customer service. Recognized my Platinum status even though it was for my home venue and not valid here. She was also training and passing her customer skills to her trainee and both ladies were great!

I was invited by my boss to enjoy some beer... well after 2 beers they never came back to the table until our 15 mins warning keyed up... 2 hours and maybe 21 hit balls my first time came to a wrap.... total $33.56.P.s kinda crazy you cant get your own pitcher if someone at your table already ordered one... had to settle.... don't think I'll be back
