This is a wonderful Tropical Smoothie Cafe location with plants of space to sit and welcoming staff. I ordered the acai bowl and it was a bit smaller than I expected but it was good, although really frozen when I got it. I would recommend letting the acai thaw out a little before eating!

Excellent service at the Rogers location! The employee who took my order graciously remade another entree for me when I realized that "I" mistakenly ordered the wrong item even after telling them to please not worry about it. They went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied with my experience. The employee was a dark haired male with a beard, I unfortunately didn't catch his name.

this is my first time ever trying tropical smoothie & the taste was great. however, i did have a small piece of plastic in my smoothie. i usually chew my smoothie when i take a sip (force of habit) and noticed something hard. i thought maybe it was my strawberry edible straw, so i tried to chew it. i was unable to chew it, and spit it out to realize it was a piece of plastic. the food and smoothie tasted really good, i just couldn’t finish my smoothie after that. i paid almost $30 too ): if it weren’t for that, i prob would have finished it cause it’s delicious. just be cautious!

My job just ordered catering through this location and it was amazing!! So fresh and delicious, it left me wanting more! I got the chicken pesto sandwich, a strawberry kiwi smoothie, and a bag of kettle cooked bbq chips. They usually get something like tacos which is always so heavy and greasy, not the case with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I felt full and as I said fresher than other options around town. Specifically regarding catering I really appreciated how they packaged the smoothies in boxes with ice, very smart and kept everything cool for hours! Definitely recommend for lunch or to cater your next event/meeting.
