My husband and I had our small wedding reception catered with the most amazing pulled pork, sausage, tri tip, and chicken. our guests raved and raved, and I'm just sad I didn't put one of everything to the side because I missed out on a couple of things! We are foodies at heart and really wanted a fun menu. We had Thai style pulled pork sliders, sausage with pickled onions and stone ground mustard, chicken with tomatillo salsa...all homemade and all assembled and presented for our guests. The sides were incredible as well, and not your main BBQ fare. Thank you so much for the perfect meal on our big day! If you have any photos I'd love to see them...people dug in before we could get any!

Went today with my BF for the first time after seeing pics of the Carolina sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The mustardy, tangy, vinegar-y slaw is the star of the sandwich, coupled with tender, flavorful, juicy pulled pork and a grilled brioche bun. Thoughtful texture. I ate it way too fast. Excellent.

#hiddengem Texas-flavored barbecue on the east side of Rogers, this relatively unknown food truck is tucked into a small parking lot next to Phat Tire Bike Shop on Arkansas Street. Breakfast begins at 7am (next week, for sure!), and my lunch was ordered today at 930am without a complaint (open until 2pm). Drinks are limited with canned Coke or bottled water, but don't let that stop your taste buds from this unique experience. Available sides are cole slaw, potato salad, and chips. Jimbo and Susan were amicable, and their food is a reflection of their fevorous appetite for excellent, crafted barbecue. Look past the tricky parking; I'd walk a mile for this flavor. This will be my primary barbecue joint the next time a get a hankering. (Oh, seating on site is limited, but I took mine home and still enjoyed it warm).

Good sweet flavor on the Carolina. Lots of pulled pork on the sandwich, great flavors and slaw too. Definitely will be stopping by here again to try the brisket.

Rude service! Food not worth 12.00 for jambalaya. No fork/spoons or even a lid for my Togo food. Stopped this afternoon and guy taking order acted as if he couldn't be bothered. It's all good.

We just tried this place out last weekend and were not disappointed! Our group had PoBoys and the shrimp with grits, and it was all great. We'll definitely be back soon and will share this place with others!

I was a little surprised that the chicken dish was almost 13 bucks. While it was flavored well, I don't think 1/2 a breast cut into 3 pieces is the kind of value people seek out by visiting a food truck when a brick and mortar restaurant can charge the same price for alot more food, there is something amiss. One of my chicken pieces was also slightly under cooked so I don't think I'll come back. We had high hopes for the beignet but they were basically greasy ciabatta sized monolithic balls of dough. Although the cafe du mond beignets are also greasy balls of dough, there is a crispy crust/dough ratio that makes it and the 3 cents formula simply does not add up

Best F'n taco I've ever had. The chorizo and pulled pork was perfection. Beautiful presentation and full of flavor. I'm in love. Came back again today and tried the ribs. I s*** you not I'm speechless. Thanks Matt for telling me about this place. I'm not even hungry but I had to stop by when I saw the window open.

I was excited to try this place due to all the positive reviews. While $13 seemed a little high for a po boy, I could reason it out due to the size of the sandwich. I purchased the buttermilk piggy poboy. The flavor was good, but the sandwich kept falling apart which made it hard to eat. A quarter into my sandwich, I realized that the chicken was slightly undercooked. So with that being said, I can not in good conscience give this place 5 stars. Not to mention when my husband went to order our food, the guy taking the order kept texting on his phone.
