It was very crowded, they literally had tables right next to each other to where when someone moved a chair they was bumping us, the server almost dropped a while tray of food on my.head of it not been for the others with me they caught it and helped her. I order well done steak and got a rare steak, the salads was down sized which is absolutely ridiculous, the server never cleaned dirty dishes off the tables.
Had the steak, cooked just the way I asked for it. Thank you.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling. I'd heard of the chain but had never tried it before, and they didn't disappoint. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Staff was efficient and polite. The food was delicious.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building being lunchtime we parked front and center of the main entrance.Kid-friendliness: I was traveling with my 12 year old nephew, who was treated just like an adult. He was spoken to not at and treated with respect.
i ate at colton’s in russellville a couple of days ago. the food wasn’t terrible but what i didn’t like was that on my $87 bill that i paid with my debit card i ended up leaving a $6 tip with cash. initially my card was charged $87.75 but the next day it updated my bill to $103.75 to include a tip on my card that i didn’t leave!

Went here for a lunch hour. I've been here 40 minutes and still no food. Doesn't matter if the food is good or not, if service is good or not if you can't get in and out on a lunch hour. Disappointed.UPDATE, received my food 45 minutes later. Very underwhelming. Steak tips were luke warm, like they have been sitting for awhile. Definitely not fresh off a grill. There were only 6 tips. I'm a local and I want to like this place so much because I like steak, but I just can't. It was a year ago that I had been here (was bad then) so I thought I'd check it out again, even worse. Sad for Russellville.
Our waitress libby was wonderful. The steak shouldn't have so much fat throughout it. The booth seats are so wore out I needed a booster seat. Seriously my plate was in my

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere! Lovely spot in the spring and summer. The outside area was very nice.

I saw a few reviews about bad service and my experience was the exact opposite! We were greeted immediately and seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and checked on us frequently. At one point my daughter asked for another beer in "about 10 minutes ". Server brought it around that time without being reminded. Food was delicious. Steak was cooked as requested. Timing between appetizers and main was pretty good. Just a touch faster than I would have liked, but definitely in an acceptable range.

So happy we saw this place near our hotel. The food was great, and our server, Savannah, was absolute perfection as she patiently answered our questions and made recommendations. Great experience! (I will add, Google says they have a full bar, but it is pretty limited to basic distilled spirits, and the wine list doesn’t have much variety.)
