I had a great visit here! I was traveling with my mother and we stepped in. Staff was patient while she was looking at the menu, and I was able to snag the shrimp basket during its limited run. KJ was great to talk with and has an A+ sauce game, so definitely go with what she suggests. I can't wait to stop in again sometime!

It was all bad, don’t go. Wrong and bad food cooked in old fishy oil, melted ice cream, dirty restaurant, and if you weren’t ready for your ice cream it got made anyways and stuck in a public access freezer with the cakes. Wasn’t worth $45 for 3 meals plus the other misfortunes. Only positive I can give was the staff was nice and corrected the order, but the quality was still bad.

The staff was really good and well mannered. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because my mom wanted a B.L.T. sandwich which you did not have. Then she wanted a mushroom and Swiss which you also didn't have. But the food we did end up ordering was pretty darn tasty.

I placed an order 2 days prior from pickup and they didn’t have the order ready. I spent another 30 minutes waiting for the ice cream cake to be ready, since there was absolutely no writing that was ordered on the cake. Then the writing was absolutely terrible. We’ve ordered our birthday cakes from here years on years but this service and quality was horrible and extremely disappointing. I am utterly upset and will not be returning to the Russellville DQ for a while.
