Would give zero if I could we did a order from the app get there Dan the manager didn’t know what drinks we had and was missing a burger we didn’t notice burger missing til we got home call and talk to Dan and told us to come back they making it when I get there he said nothing he can do because it was order on the app… I will never go again and if you decide to go Make sure to check the bag especially if DAN is working

I wish there was a way where I can give negative feedback but unfortunately I have to give them a star knowing that they don’t even deserve. Don’t go to the Hardee’s in Russellville place an order using the mobile app and they forgot to gave us frisco burger. We called them to let them know went back to go get it. Once we got there the person didn’t want to give us the burger said that they look at the camera. I asked for the corporate number, and they gave me some car dealership. I don’t know who is the manager there would not give us corporate number or the district Manager. Great way to treat your customers at Hardee’s.

The night manager, Daniel, was super friendly & extremely & I mean EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. And this was my VERY FIRST time in this location. Even though I've passed it a thousand times. Looking forward to coming back.Parking: It was empty so, plenty of parking. Great location.
