The Russellville IHOP had it together today. The staff was very attentive. Food was delicious and came out perfect. Our waitress was very sweet. I was very pleased with all the breakfast options. I will definitely go back.

This was my first time in 60 years ever eating at IHOP or at least as far as I can remember, I was pleasantly surprised. First I love that all the menu items had pictures, I hate surprises. I had a large double cheeseburger with a fried egg on it and I must say it was the most juicy and tasty Burger I've ever had. I was even impressed with the side of onion rings. My wife had one of their mini omelets and she could not even finish it. I was with a large party and everybody enjoyed their food.
Horrible restaurant. We were seated clear in the back of the restaurant to begin with and then all the wait staff milled around totally over looking us. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our server or any acknowledgment at all. The manager didn’t even try and offer any resolution to try and earn our business and let us walk right out. I do not recommend the IHOP in Russellville, AR extremely rude and uncaring of their patrons. I will never step foot in another IHOP ever again after this experience. Go across the way to Waffle House or Cracker Barrel if you want service.

A very expensive restaurant for what they serve we added a waffle to our order and the waitress said it will be 3.99 extra for the waffle which was ok for us. After I got home I checked my receipt and I noticed they charged us $9.99 for each waffle which is totally insane. For that reason I won’t be back to this restaurant anymore.
