Ever since social-distancing protocols were established during the initial Covid epidemic, when full service restaurants became drive-thru or pickup/takeout service only, the friendly, open, family atmosphere has all but disappeared, and now has become permanently "social distanced".

The food was disappointing on this visit. The food when got it home was hot but very greasy. Biscuits were flat an stale. Not fluffy. Not satisfied for the price I paid I ordered nuggets. They were like popcorn chicken Not a nugget. Again not satisfied on this visit.
Place was not busy at all, we went in to order, no one was up front..my husband said, there was a guy that worked in the back just staring at us, as we waited for someone to help us...kinda creepy.

We ordered delivery through door dash and the lady handed the wrong order to the delivery guy. So we got some guy named Ricky's order. We called and told them about the mistake and they apologized and said we could keep it (Wow thanks I guess) and that they woudl send our food as quickly as possible. The problem with that promise was they have no control over the door dash delivery drivers or when they show up. So unless there was another door dash order made to KFC there was not going to be any way to get our correct order delivered. So we paid the delivery fee and tipped 30% (wasn't his fault) and I still had to go get our order after we waited an hour and a half and paid all the extra money. They forgot our biscuits and sauces as well ? It. Was. Bendiculous as my daughter would say.

I bought the new twenty dollar box deal. What a joke,the tenders were as big as popcorn chicken and only got 9 of them. The fries were soggy and cold. The big chicken pieces had two big pieces and a small wing and leg. The best part of this meal was the four dipping sauces. I don’t know if this happens with all KFCs but the one in Russellville AR. Really dropped the ball on this one.
