The employees are great, the food good, but this store is completely falling apart! Last visit I pulled into six broken stalls with no marking that they were damaged. I drove around and counted a total of thirteen broken stalls and none were marked as out of order. I hope they fix this one up as I like coming here.

Ate here this morning, well I shouldn't say I ate because I ended up throwing it in the trash as I left. Ordered the sausage and egg toaster sandwich with tots. The tots were so over done it was unreal. They were just as hard and crunchy on the inside as they were on the outside. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting. It had a weird smell to it and the egg was brown and no not from the grill. I know for a fact it wasn't made fresh because after I ordered it, my meal was coming out to me in less than a minute. They seriously need to shut this sonic down and completely redo it. At least half of the drive up screens are broke. The outside is absolutely filthy and needs power washed. I don't even want to know what the inside looks like. It's pretty obvious that the owners just sit back and reap the rewards and allow the place to rot into the ground. The only bright star out of this visit was the waitress was polite.

Been there twice, tried to order,no answer on their computers. Repeated pushes on the red button, trying other stalls. Never was even spoken to at Sonic in Russellville. Looks run down and

Well just start out. Have the machines where you drive up to don't work. Second you push the button. It says somebody be right with you. Oh about 10 12 minutes later some girl I guess came on could barely hear. I told her I wanted four double cheeseburgers and she came up with one on the screen. Well I tried to get her back. She never responded. Then she was outside walking. We flagged her down. She said I'll be right back. Never did show up again so we waited pretty soon. We decided to go ahead and leave. We didn't know what was going on that that place they need to get something figured out there. It's nasty wouldn't recommend it and I'm telling you don't go there if you want. Burger okay see you. How do I post this now?

2nd time this week I have pushed the button to order says it’s activated, will be with you shortlyI left after more than 10 minutes of waiting on a response thinking… if it takes this long to take my order, how much longer to get it?!?
